1. Who we are

kazzi is a pre-launch drinks brand. This website is a marketing page describing a prebiotic lemon soda brewed with Assam kaji nemu. It has no user accounts, no login and no customer area.

2. What this site collects

Nothing is stored by us. The waitlist form on this page is not connected to a mailing list or database yet: what you type stays in your browser and is discarded when you close the tab.

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as any web server does.

3. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no analytics profiling, no cross-site tracking and no third-party ad pixels.

4. When the waitlist goes live

Once the waitlist is connected to a real mailing service, we will use the email address you give us for one purpose only: telling you when kazzi ships. We will not sell, rent or share it, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port any personal information a company holds about you, and to object to its processing. Because this site stores nothing, there is currently nothing for us to hand over or erase — but you can still ask us at any time.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this page if our data practices change — for example, when the waitlist starts storing addresses. Questions can go to hello@kazzi.example.
